    The European registered office is in Antwerp where Cigna Life Insurance Company of Europe S.A.-N.V. (license number 0938) and Cigna Europe Insurance Company S.A.-N.V. (license number 2176) are based. Both companies are subject to the Belgian prudential supervision conducted by the National Bank of Belgium and to the supervision of the Financial Services and Markets Authority in the field of customer protection.

    Cigna Life Insurance Company of Europe S.A.-N.V. and Cigna Europe Insurance Company S.A.-N.V. are the unique risk carriers for Cigna's various business lines across Europe which reflects the integrated and streamlined nature of Cigna's operations.
